STPM 2012/2013 in a months time. Semester 1 has got to draw close to its last paragraph.
In everything you aimed for, in everything you craved for, in everything that you wanted to prove. This is the day. Write histories of your life, let your legacy be crafted on your wall of fame. Live your life with no regrets. In another 10-20 years time, let them be told. To your children, to your friends; to your junior, to your seniors.
BELIEVE
Believe in what you're capable of doing. You have a trillion of possibilities beneath every tissues of yours. Let them burn, let them shine. You don't want them to be locked down somewhere deep inside, just like a forgotten dream, left behind, left aside. Do not look down on yourself. Who else could look up on you when you yourself did not do so? Respect yourself before trying to gain respect from others. In faith we hold, explore and unleash your abilities and nail that 4.0.
It has been a bumpy road to this day. No one said that things happened cause it just happen. It happens for a reason. Behind every reason, there's a blessing in disguise. Every time you fall, just stand up, lift your head up, and move on. Let them scars be a warrior's marking. Be reminded that you've gone too far to give up. Hold on, move on. Towards the end of the day, you will get what you have gave in. As hard work pays off, it is worth the joy and laughter to be shared among friends and family.
Tense and stress, scrape them off from the list. When you met with difficulties in life, remember, you have your friends and family beside you. They are the one who never fails to be by our side, giving all the encouragement, motivation and support to us. Truthfully you would not want to disappoint them right? Here's comes the point. Repay back their kindness. Tokens of appreciation are not valuable in words or literature; it is the processes and outcomes that matters most to them. As long as you've gave your best. They will then be pleased to see it.
What motivates you?
Think of a goal. Remember, a goal is a mission, where it is valid. Set according to one's ability and capability. Goals which are being set too low will only discourage you and brings negative motivation to you. Figure out a higher yet challenging goal and once its been made, set aboard to embark a journey to achieve it. What they actually symbolise is just a simple promise to yourself. It is personal. It may seem to be easy for you but to others, the reason behind each goal, is unbelievably huge. Short term and long term mini goals and checkpoints are essential to see how the whole mission is progressing.
Time is gold. You probably would not want to regret of not spending your time usefully just now, or be sad of how much fun you enjoyed yesterday. Yes, work hard play hard. Being away from work can aid in releasing stress and relax our mind and soul, but remember that it has an certain extent to it. Everything has its limit. Plan your time wisely and use it wisely too. What should be done and what should not be done, you yourself clearly knows that. If you could not save yourself, who else would?
Definitely, this is the time to prove ourselves. People may misunderstood your intentions, but when you shut them with your results, no one could stop you from pursuing your dreams. All the best and good luck in everything.
